Return Process

Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our central distribution warehouse.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
