Features high leverage action, double spring with high torsional strength, serrated chrome molybdenum cutting edges which are induction hardened to HRC60-62 for a high and consistent quality and a spring and one hand operation locking lever. Designed for frequent use. Suitable for cutting up to 1.5mm cold rolled sheet steel.
